<Kiyosato Area Information>
Kiyosato Highland is located at the southern foot of the Yatsugatake mountain range in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, close to both Tokyo and Nagoya. The plateau offers a beautiful contrast to the 3,000-meter-high mountains such as Mt.Muji and the Southern Alps.
You can enjoy nature with its distinct seasonal changes, museums, various sports, mountain climbing, trekking, and hot springs.
Hokuto City is one of the few areas in Japan that produces five types of alcohol (whiskey, wine, beer, sake, and shochu) and you can also enjoy nice fresh highland vegetables.

This absolutely beautiful commercial building locates in Kiyosato, a tourist spot famous for its many museums and memorials. Only a part of the main building has been completed and can be used as an office. The rest of the building is mostly unused and has not been decorated, but all facilities such as gas, water, and lighting are already completed. There are separate restrooms for men and women on each floor.
