About Me
Ayaka has achieved more than 1,000 million yen in real estate sales last year, specializing in Kanagawa and Tokyo area.
Her passion for real estate has been a motivating factor in assisting clients to achieve their goals from both emotional and investment perspectives. Her knowledge in architecture and design makes working in real estate joyful experiences. Since she has sold numerous investment properties, she believes that the purchase of home as a more than just the place you live, but a tangible investment.
Ayaka started her career in Architecture in L.A. and worked in Tokyo in both Architecture and Real Estate Industries. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). She has Architect and Realtor License in Japan.
